Shabbat dinner club WIS

The Shabbat Dinner Club offers the Weizmann community a welcoming space where students can connect, relax, and enjoy a sense of home away from home. Many students and postdocs at Weizmann are far from their families—whether they are Israelis whose families live far away or internationals who have no family nearby. For this reason, we founded the club to share the warmth and connection of celebrating Shabbat and other Jewish holidays with everyone, regardless of their background.

We typically meet twice a month on Friday nights at 6 Pines Street. Registration is required, and attendance is limited to a maximum of 20 people. While we use our budget to provide food, we kindly ask each guest to bring a dish to ensure there is plenty for everyone.
